I've had this white crochet skirt for years and actually had it in the Goodwill pile, but something kept holding me back. This weekend, inspiration struck.

What do you have to do? Pull it northward and belt (or don't).

The skirt lining was the ideal length and the ties were already beaded!
I did absolutely nothing.
