This week was all about getting ahead. The good news? I didn't fall TOO far behind. I was trying to get ahead because, well, because I need to get ahead, but also because I'm heading out this Friday to visit my mom. Get to have a belated birthday dinner for my mommy on Saturday with my three siblings - and mom. I love visiting my mom. I get to just SIT when I visit my mom. And eat good food.

Summing up my week in the studio has been a positive experience. It's fun to go back and see what's been done, especially when I feel as if nothing has been accomplished.

On Tuesday, I began a deranged tutorial of my handbag-making process. I was able to finish this handbag, but it's a surprise so you can't see that picture. I'll have the finished pictures this coming Tuesday when we cover the sewing process. I can't wait to show it to you. Supah pretty.
I told my model to look dainty. This was the best she could do.
Worked...
cases. a lot.
[ BTW... The second cell phone case is sold. The third was created with the Italian leather from the vintage Salvatore Ferragamo clutch that I unknowingly ripped apart before I googled Salvatore Ferragamo. Yeah, good times. ]
[ Another BTW... Some things have been listed and some things will go in the shop next week. If you click on it and it doesn't take you to the shop, then it hasn't been listed yet. If you're interested in information before next week just give me a shout. ]
Have a great weekend.
What a week! You amaze me with your talent ~ what gorgeous items!
ReplyDeleteWendy, yeah it was a busy week - but then again, they all are. When I sum it up on Friday it does make me feel a little better because before that I feel as if I didn't get much done. Need. More. Hours.
