I must have read, and re-read "leather" and looked again and again at the bag -- so soft and beautiful looking is that leather! And the embroidery? Superb touch!
Yes, it is leather -extremely soft leather that I found second hand and took apart, then made into a tote. My love for sewing and needlepoint has also resurfaced after at least 15 years. Kind of cool.
